Received a text saying its Popular, Inc . and a payment has left my account so please click the link to verify you made the payment, which is funny in a way as if I didn't check this text properly to see which bank it was or check the number via a number of sites, which states who owns this number, then God knows what these fraudsters would of taken from me, but the only reason I know its a scan as a few people have had this message and just like myself, we don't bank we Popular, Inc . , and also this number doesn't have a name or address linked to it, and surely if it was a bank, then during the search it will say the number belongs to Popular, Inc . , as I've also checked their number from their website to confirm this, so I've blocked the number and hope people don't fall for this scam .
